Issue with Workfront Proof app - Workfront 26-01-2021
Hello all, I've been absent from the WF community forums (or WF One now...) for quite sometime, so apologies if this has already been addressed! If that's the case, just point me in the direction of that thread. Here's what I'm experiencing, when I get a proof on mobile and I click to view, a new browser tab will open (I have Chrome for iOS as my default) and just go to the WF login page. I've only had 4 users (myself included) have this issue. I'm the only one on the NWE, the rest are on classic. I had them follow the steps outlined by the community and it worked permanently (so far) for two of us. The other two have had no success. One of those folks, who is one of my power users, cleared cache/history for all time and restarted her machine -- to no avail. She also checked Safari and Firefox (she defaults to Chrome) -- she even tried Incognito Mode, which also didn't work. This...

Update on this folks. Now, in the Notify field, we have a few new things that are great, plus one not great one. In the Notify field, it now shows the full name (YAY!), with the @ symbol...which is kind of odd, but fine. There's a small note when you're starting a new message on an existing thread that says "Notifying [name], [name]" -- I like this! Thank you for that tip/trick @Sarah Nau . I'll share that with my user. I did have him clear for all time, but I'm not sure if he closed out his tabs. I also instructed him to update Chrome (as I know that a lot of people let that go too long). We shall see! And @Adam Millet , I'll be sure to submit something if the functionality doesn't come back. I can also say that we HAD the issue yesterday. It first manifested for me in the New Experience. Then I had a Work License user had an issue in Classic, and then finally I had a non-paid license user complain about not being able to access updates. I cleared my cache/history fully and it worked. The same for my Work License user. My non-paid license user got no resolution. I suspect, though, that it's an issue on his end.
