Re: What does [422] Invalid Parameter really mean? - Workfront Fusion 2.0 06-07-2022
It would be great if someone from Workfront (or just someone with more knowledge than me) could answer this as I have the same question & the documentation for Fusion is sorely lacking.

Re: Can I change who is assigned to a task within a project using fusion? - Workfront Fusion 2.0 23-03-2022
@[Ryanna Becker] The way we do it is to use the Update Record module, for Record Type = Task not the Assingment record. We map the UserID to the Assigned to ID field (there are no other Assign* fields on the task to map to for this record tupe). As I understand it Assigned To, Assigned and Assignments are different entities. Assign To - allows one user, Assigned allows one user, but Assignments allows users, job roles or teams. You may not need to make any change to your scenario - just update t...

CORs error POSTing to Fusion webhook with Multipart Form Data - Workfront Fusion 2.0 06-05-2021
We have several webhooks which successfully receive HTML files via POST (using JQuery) to Fusion Webhooks. We are now developing a new scenario where we want to submit image / text / ics files to a Fusion webhook. No problem sending from Postman, so we know the 'structure' of the post is right, but as soon as we use JQuery we get the following error: Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://app.workfrontfusion.com/wh/XXXXX' from origin 'https://XXX.XXX.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response ...

Re: Calculated column (Concatenating two different custom fields) in Assignments report returns concatenation of a different field's data üòï - Workfront 23-04-2021
Awesome @Anthony Imgrund‚ worked like a charm and don't know why I had not tried that permutation of brackets and periods! Could not figure why returning values - expected a blank if there was an error. If only text mode featured error checking - and even better some sort of field / object explorer. Now on to the next issue with status displaying differently in a report than on the task!

Append Message (e.g. Out of Office) to User Name - Workfront 04-01-2021
As 'Out of Office' reply was not accepted - how about implementing functionality which appends a message after the user display name? A simple on / off setting plus three input fields (start date, end date, message) are all that are required. If setting Out of Office =- true, then set display name = first + last + "(" + message + ": " + start date + "to " + end date + ".")Does not need to check dates etc - just concatenate the contents of the fields if the setting is on.
