Future Date Updates - Workfront 13-04-2018
From time to time projects go ON HOLD...and they get forgotten about. It would be great to be able to future date an UPDATE to a project so that a "tickler" email would be send out to remind the project owner (or whomever it was sent to) to revisit. Similar to the future dating of disconnecting a user. The key need...some projects go dormant for a period of time...it would be nice to add a reminder that sends a notification to review at a set future date.

TASK and MUST FINISH BY DATE - Workfront 31-08-2017
When a product backlog item (PBI) is pulled into a sprint, a constraint of ‚ÄòMust Finish On’ is placed on the task and the start/end dates are changed to the end date of the sprint. This is all fine if an item gets completed or moved to another sprint. If a PBI was not completed and gets unassigned from a sprint, the constraint of “Must Finish On” remains as well as the date of the sprint and now the task is LATE. The request is to put the “As soon as possible” constraint back on a task when it...

Add 1 More Tier to Hierarchy - Workfront 28-07-2017
How WF approaches the overall hierarchy is great: Portfolio Program Project However, in large organizations using the tool there is a need for 1 more level. The name could be debated, but I would recommend COMPANY. This would be a tier that would encompass multiple portfolios Company Portfolio Program Project We have 6 distinct organizations now in WF and this would help provide better separation in portfolio management.

Report Properties View - Show Filters - Workfront 01-06-2017
It would be helpful to be able to add a column on a report view that show the filters applied for a given field. The reason for this is as we change terminology, we need to go back and fix all of our reports that use the old status names or terms. This would be a quicker way to visualize what filters are applied and need to be updated as we adjust status names and terms.

Re: Looking for a host for Workfront's next Denver User Group - Workfront 27-04-2017
Nate - I would love to host at ViaSat, but we are now doing Government work and it has made bringing folks in for meetings a lot harder. If we move to our new building later this year that could be an option again. So, keep us in mind, but for most of 2017, we probably are not a good place. Either as a GROUP setting or by project or user profile, have a setting that defaults to show ALL ROWS of a project
