Re: What topics would you like to connect on at Summit? - Workfront 27-04-2021
Gotcha - I am in that one, just wanted to make sure there wasn't a Workfront specific one that I was missing - thank you!

Re: Workfront Research Study: Custom Forms - Workfront 27-04-2021
Hi Chelsie - Maybe a lot of the spots got filled already, but I am only seeing times on Friday 4/30 (all very early in the morning for me!) and Saturday 5/1 at midnight my time. Are other options going to be available? Thanks!

Re: Is there a way to pull in a *new* Updates column into the project task view so that a new update can be entered from the Project Task view? I see an option to pull in the Task "Last Note: Note Text" from the last update, but not to be able to key in new - Workfront 27-04-2021
Hi Meg, This is currently not possible, but there is an idea in the innovation lab that you can upvote:https://one.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PS80AAG/detail

Re: User can't see reports - Workfront 27-04-2021
Hey Jill, Did you check the permissions on the projects that the data is pulling from? She would need at least view access to the projects to show on the reports. Alternatively, you can run the reports with the access rights of you or another user that has access to the the projects. If you run with another users access rights, Gina will not be able to edit any information that she doesn't have access to on the projects, but she will be able to see the data. Hope that helps!

Re: Is it possible to create a report that brings in Custom Fields from 2 different tasks but puts them on the same line? - Workfront 21-04-2021
@Doug Den Hoed‚ @Anthony Imgrund‚ - I don't think this is possible, but wanted to see if you guys had any ideas! Reason I don't think it is possible is that since this is a collection report, there could be multiple values for the QC Approved Stop Date and the Sent to Branch date. If you try to do a calculation, the system wouldn't know which values to use (I know in Louise's case there is only one date, but collections is a one to many relationship).

Re: Is it possible to create a report that brings in Custom Fields from 2 different tasks but puts them on the same line? - Workfront 20-04-2021
Hi Louise, It looks like you have a task report in the screenshot. You would not be able to show it on that report, but you would be able to do it on a project report using collection reporting, however you would loose the ability to in-line edit fields. The syntax for the column on a project report would be something like this: displayname=Sent to Branchlistdelimiter=listmethod=nested(tasks).listssharecol=truetextmode=truetype=iteratevaluefield=Sent to Branchvalueformat=HTML For more info on co...
