Looks like Watch Record might be the most effective in my limited testing; and I apparently got stuck down the rabbit hole--it's outputting bundles, so I don't need an iterator (though I may have to do some further processing with certain elements are data that are outputted as collections).

I can't tell you how badly I want this--it drives me nuts to have to change filters and views when switching back and forth between objects.

I noticed some glitching last week (to the point that I was having to switch to the legacy versions when I was tinkering around).  It was similar to your screenshot--the custom form dialogue loaded (which I didn't need as I wasn't working with custom field data) but basically nothing else. 

Yikes!  I noticed the label thing too, but that's really a pain.If you submit an idea for making the field names display instead of labels, I'd definitely upvote it.
