Allow photo editing when taking a photo while in the WF app. We upload photos of quality issues from the production line using the mobile app. It would be a great time saver if we could mark up the images (pen, highligter, shapes, and text) as we upload them.

We need to be able to 2-way sync with O365 cloud exchange accounts. Currently it only one way syncs.
