recent updates to the top - Workfront 07-01-2020
Users are having issues finding the most recent update when they are embedded within threads lower down. Pull the most recent thread to the top of the updates tab when a new comment is added to show it at the top would save time scrolling to find what's the latest.

Re: Requests Tab User Interface - Workfront 16-12-2019
Hi All, Yes we do put the fields next to each other but in some cases depending on users screen size, it still places them below. We can only go so many to the side before it puts them under anyway. We do have a lot of logic on our forms to try to show the right fields for the right type of work. It's a massive admin undertaking to make updates or any changes. Re: Requests Tab User Interface - Workfront 12-12-2019
Hi Kirsten, Yes we do use that but it still places large gaps between the fields. The spacing between questions vertically is quick big too. We have extreme logic on our forms to build a better experience for the right questions for the right types of work and it's over 100 fields for the full campaign creative brief. Requests Tab User Interface - Workfront 12-12-2019
Has anyone had success with redesigning the UI for the requests area to condense the fields for less spacing to have a better user experience when filling in a form? We use our custom forms in the requests tab as the brief input for creative and we are running into two major issues that are causing detractors of using the tool. 1. We have many fields for our full creative brief in which some are required and the creatives need that information for the request to be completed. The challenge is th...

Re: Milestone Reporting - Workfront 09-12-2019
Skye, This is so great. Thank you for sharing your success. I've copied it to my OneNote to review this week and see if I can produce a report for POC for the leadership. I'm going to look into automatic baselines as they aren't using them as much as I'd like to have them used but if we can get the first one set automatically then we can see the difference in the timelines. How did you get the teams to keep up with baselines and shifting timelines? We're having some push back on the amount of ad...

Can you share how you're doing that report? That's exactly what we want to show. We are hoping digital proofing will reduce the cycle time of business review. Get "https://aka.ms/o0ukef">Outlook for iOS

Milestone Reporting - Workfront 05-12-2019
Does anyone have milestone reports that they use regularly and what sort of data is used and how is it used? We are starting to put Milestones on to the creative projects but besides the view to see all the dates in a list with the projects what else are companies using them for? Re: Multiple Queue Topics in One Request - Workfront 23-10-2019
We have this same challenge. We even have the issue of one request coming in to one team is actually 2-5 different asset types and needs it's own project with timelines and templates that vary. We end up copying a lot of projects to carry the custom data over to the next, attaching a template and then modifying the custom data and pushing to the next team. It's not clean but our reporting is in tact.

Re: Hide previous proof versions from approvers in next workflow stage - Workfront 15-10-2019
@Katherine Haven , Do you lock down the internal review document some how so the client/stakeholder can't see/open it? The concern from our team is stakeholders having access to the projects (they are actually the PMs) and grabbing the file before it's ready and/or looking through the internal team comments and causing issues. We are doing internal review outside of the application today for that reason. Kimberly Rea Schneider Digital Solutions Manager
