I came to the Innovation Lab to basically post about this. Ultimately,
Calendars are visual reports and admins should be able to view all
user-generated calendars just like we can with Reports and Dashboards.
The hoops we have to jump through to fix a calendar when an admin is
deactivated is painful.
We can currently hide Completed projects but not our cancelled, on hold
or rejected projects. We would not want those status' to equate with
completed. As such they continue to show up in the workload balancer.
I'm not seeing this issue as part of this idea post though it was noted
to have been merged with this idea post:
https://one.workfront.com/s/idea/0874X000000sYgAQAU/detail.
Agreed! This is something I currently do with some very savvy reports
along with the help of excel, but if this could cleanly be done in
Workfront, that would save a lot of effort!
Enable companies to increase adoption of the Mobile App by creating a
one-pager that can be used to put in front of IT and senior leadership
to gain approval for a company to utilize the Workfront Mobile App.
Enable the Goal owner to define how progress status is captured. This is
similar to how Groups may use different statuses on Projects, Tasks,
Issues, thus enabling what may apply to progress a department or group
may use.
With the new feature allowing Group Admins to switch between Classic and
the New User Experience, we would like to see the option for a System
Admin to turn this feature off. This is critical to driving Adoption,
especially when converting teams into the New User Experience and moving
towards driving all Groups and Teams into the new User Experience.
Hi Elissa, The functionality of sharing will be available in preview
next week most probably on Thursday. We are targeting to enable it in
production for beta customers after 2 weeks from Preview. Let me know if
you have any other questions.
