Enable users to define custom quarters based on their company's fiscal calendar to accurately align Goals.

Enable the Goal owner to define how progress status is captured. This is similar to how Groups may use different statuses on Projects, Tasks, Issues, thus enabling what may apply to progress a department or group may use.

Please create a feature to allow leaders to hover over goals to see what activities were recently completed and what is coming up next.
