@Marla Driver‚ - when you made the new updates where they brand new updates or did you leave a "reply" on an older update? I have noticed that if you leave a "reply" to an older update, it doesn't show the reply in the view.

Hi @Angie Lawrence‚ - I would suggest clearing your cookies and cache as a first step. Sometimes our users run into weird issues like the above and clearing their cookies and cache usually resolves it. If that does not work, you can submit a ticket to support with this link. If you are not the admin, you might have to have your admin submit on your behalf as you have to be an authorizes support user in order to submit the ticket.

@Shawn Flege‚ - I know you can stop users from logging time on completed/dead projects from setting that in the preferences area but it does not look like you can stop users from logging time on completed tasks. If this is something that is happening, you can probably build a report that shows the date the task was closed and add filters to show time logged after the "actual completion date". Revenue Types from Templates - Workfront 10-08-2020
Hi Everyone,I hope someone can help and make me feel less crazy. I have templates that our teams use to create projects. In the template, the tasks have "Revenue Type" marked as either "Not Billable" or "Role Hourly". The idea was that they should not be deciding which tasks are billable vs. non billable. HI @Keaton Beyer‚ - to my knowledge, you can not auto set hour types based on the task. You can set a default hour typer for individual users but not for tasks . I would LOVEE that feature so if you want to create the idea in the idea exchange, I would vote on it and express how much this feature is needed. Hi @Debbie Smith‚ This most likely has to do with the timesheet settings that are set. Timesheets prepoulate and based on your settings in the Preferences page. If the timesheet is populated before the task/issue/project is complete, it will show on the timesheet. Eventually, based on your timeframe in the section with the arrow in my screenshot, the completed items should drop off your timesheet. Hi @Jez Akali‚ - We tried using Sharepoint pages at first but found that it was a little difficult and restrictive for us. We are using Confluence (Atlasssian/Jira tool). We found Confluence to work better for our teams since other departments use Confluence as Knowledge Base centers. It looks like Anthony has a similar setup using Sharepoint so it might just come down to what ever is easier for your teams and what tools/systems you have available and use.
