Hi Tracy, Assigned To means Workfront is looking at the owner.Assignment Users means Workfront is looking at all assigned users.Try adding that instead of Assigned To. =)

Hi Howard, To troubleshoot this, I recommend removing your layout template from your user, logging out, logging back in, and confirming the Issues menu button is there.If it isn't, make sure you don't have to click "More" at the bottom of the list. Thanks!

Hi Frank, Erica up there is spot on. Workfront filters everything by the GUID.The exception to that is when you use contains or does not contain.
