Deleted comments in a proof are still showing up in the Email Notification that a final decision has been made. - Workfront 07-05-2021
Hi Everyone,We just had a situation where a reviewer left a comment in a proof and then deleted it a few minutes later. The next day the proof was locked and the creative director received his email notification that a Final Decision was made in the proof. The body of the email shows all of the comments made in the proof, including the deleted comments. Why do deleted comments show up and how can we change it so they don't?Thanks!Linda Kaplan

Re: Is there a way proof creator can get a copy of the same email notification as the person who receives it? - Workfront 29-03-2021
If you add yourself to the proof you will get the email notification. That's how it works for my team who sends out the proofs.

Re: Bold, italics or underline within comments on ProofHQ - Workfront 25-02-2021
Would also love to see a LIKE button next to the Resolve button in a proof comment field. This button would enable cross functional partners to acknowledge or approve a comment that effects multiple parties. This was the most used function in the system we used prior to moving to Workfront.

Re: Extract a pictured sku into a text file (sku # and date) - Workfront 17-02-2021
Hi Jason,Thanks for your reply. We decided to put this on hold... for the moment. But to answer your questions, we save a pdf of the released asset(s) in the documents folder in each project for easy reference. We don't use a DAM. We have a PIM so that could be my next convo internally. Linda

Re: Extract a pictured sku into a text file (sku # and date) - Workfront 09-02-2021
Thanks for the reply Cindy. We have 2 different scenarios of where the images are stored. Individual product images such as what appear on our website are stored in Scene7. We link these images in our custom form. I'm hoping that link will be the key to pulling this file. In addition, we also do live photography for some items. These images are not uploaded to Scene7. We save them on our network + we save final assets within a project. We had a great system in my old company but we used different...

Re: Like or Agree button in WF Proof - Workfront 25-01-2021
Apologies for the additional post but I don't see where I can edit my original note. Here's one more reason why we need a "Like" or "Agree" button. In many cases we could have 20+ versions of a piece of art in a single proof. The reviewer may need to make the same comment on several or all versions. This button will eliminate the need to re-type or copy/paste the same comment multiple times in one proof. Our senior level leaders are hot on this topic.

Like or Agree button in WF Proof - Workfront 22-01-2021
It would be incredibly helpful to have a "Like" or "Agree" button in WF Proof. If one reviewer leaves a comment, others who still need to review/approve and have the same opinion can click Like or Agree rather than having to repeat the same sentence/statement. This functionality was available in other system I've used and was the #1 rated feature by all approvers.
