It is possible to do this today via project templates. To Copy a queue setup:1. From your original project, perform the "Save as a Template" action. 2. In the template, delete all tasks and project-level details (owner, portfolio, etc.) 3. You should end up with a template with no data in it except for queue details (topic groups, topics, routing rules) 4. I presume Client Status and Client Type are fields on your Company custom form? If so, I suggest starting over on your filter. In the Report filter builder, just build it a normal filter for those two rules and don't worry about the rule for project budgets. Once you've used the Report filter builder to create a basic filter (Client Status = Active AND Client Type = Agency), switch the filter over to text mode. Also known as "cascading fields" or "hierarchical fields." I already have an Idea submitted for this, as have others. Been a couple of years just for mine, probably longer than that overall.

If your company hasn't procured Fusion, I can't recommend it highly enough to address challenges like this. We use Fusion to manage thousands of queue topics, routing rules, and project queue details in ways that would never be feasible without Fusion. And, it's fine-tuned in a way that Workfront could never enable "out of the box."

I see this topic has re-surfaced, and have good news. Since Workfront released group object custom forms, this functionality is now possible. You can add a calculated field to a Group custom form that will record the nested hierarchy of groups and subgroups. You can then filter using this calculated field. E.g. in a project report, you can say "Show me a list of all projects associated to group XYZ, or any of XYZ's subgroups" even if XYZ is not a top level parent. You can set your calculated fie...

Thanks, but that didn't work for me either. I just got off the line with customer support and they checked 2 things: 1) whether my correct Adobe ID carried over (and it did) 2) whether my profile was "personal" or "company" (it should be company and mine was personal, plus I didn't have the option of changing it to company when logging in). They are working to correct this for me. This also explains why I didn't see the dropdown for company. Hopefully this helps some others, though you probably ...

Instead of using the Support link in the global nav bar, try using this direct link that was provided in the instructions:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/?support-tab=home#support From there, you should have a dropdown menu in the top left corner where you can change the setting to yourcompany (Workfront). Switching that setting will grant you Support access.
