Instead of navigating manually, try this link:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/?support-tab=home#support My colleague found that the dropdown magically appeared when using the above link as opposed to using the Support link in the global nav bar.

Thanks Ronny, that's good to know! I probably would not have figured that out on my own since I am too cautious to click "Delete" without knowing the implications beforehand.

Can you find which scenarios reference which data stores?
-WE
- Workfront Fusion 2.0 14-02-2022
We have lots of scenarios. And, we have lots of data stores. I'm doing housekeeping, and know there are at least some data stores that we no longer need. I'm wondering how one would go about discovering/confirming which scenarios (if any) would be impacted by removing a data store?Similar to seeing which scenario is using a webhook, but for data stores. I have a sick feeling there is no way to do this without manually inspecting every scenario.

Hi Ashley, have you tried a CONTAINS? IF(CONTAINS("Team A",Teams Involved),"Yes","No")

Please vote: Allow bulk edit of multiple groups

Now that we can attach custom forms to group objects (thank you!), can we have the ability to edit multiple groups at once? I am updating all our groups with custom data but it's slow and tedious without the ability to edit multiple groups at once. https://one.workfront.com/s/idea/0874X000000oOiKQAU/detail

Re: Fusion Dark Mode

Please! It is difficult for me to work in Workfront or Fusion at night because the screen is so damned bright and the strain it causes on my eyes is very frustrating. Unfortunately the browser plug-ins that can be used as a workaround don't render the page in a super legible manner, and have a noticeable impact on page load times.

Re: Call for Votes - Innovation Lab on the ability to edit a Queue Topic on a Project after it is created.
-WE
- Workfront 11-01-2022
Hi Tracy, I see. The queue topic can be updated on a request after it has been submitted. A queue topic group cannot be updated after submission. I didn't realize you were filtering on the topic group as opposed to filtering on the topic. It is more effort in creating the report filter, but you might consider including all of a queue topic group's queue topics, instead of just the group. So, If I have a topic group "California" which contains the topics "Los Angeles," "San Diego," and "San Franc...

Re: Help with Search Module limits
-WE
- Workfront Fusion 2.0 10-01-2022
Sure thing, Brandon. To be clear, the approach I described is a workaround to having to use paginated responses. If you tag the profile as you check the user, you can use that tag as a filter on the search module of your scenario so it only looks for users who haven't been tagged/checked. So the first run will be limited to your first 2,000 users, but the next time you run it, the search module will skip those users and move on to the next 2,000, and so on.
