Technical Account Manager confirmed the same thing. So, this holds true. 

There is 42,000 hours difference between Actual Hours and Legacy Actual Hours. Could someone clarify why this is the case? All the hours recorded for that task are from after May 2021.My question is related to the Q3 update. Image below for reference:
