Anyone can access Workfront One! Customers can select a certain number
of users to be authorized support contacts who can login and post
updates to threads and submit support tickets.
Hi Mary Ellen, This should be an option when you go to add column - type
project status into the 'what to show in this field' and in the project
grouping, select status. Hope that helps!

on your tasks to remove the time from the planned completion date:Then,
