HI, Wondering if this is a glitch in the New Experience. When we 'X' out of a proof that is housed in a folder or sub folder within the documents tab, we are directed back to the main documents tab as opposed to the folder the proof is housed in. I'm - Workfront 21-04-2020
getting several complaints about the time it take to navigate back to that sub folder to review other proofs, especially when there are several folders in the documents tab. Has anyone else notice this? Thanks,

Re: When in the home screen, when we select a task to work on , we no longer see the project name, the portfolio name is displayed instead and we have to hover at the breadcrumb next to it to see the project name. Is this intended? - Workfront Archived Groups 06-04-2020
Thanks Patrick. I can add the project name to the layout template but the hyperlink to the project is more important. Any idea on timing? This is a huge pain point. Also, is the intent to still keep the project hierarchy (portfolio/program?) in that breadcrumb?

@Josh Boston‚ . Are you able to respond to this? I'm receiving several complaints from my team and I'm not sure how to respond. Will this be fixed? It now takes several clicks to access the project from home. Thanks, Kathy

Having the project name visible maintains visibility to what project the task is associated with and provides easier access tor the team since most don't need to know or care what portfolio their project is related to.

Hi Frank, I too am having this problem. Not ideal when I'm already struggling to set up my first Agile project.

Re: Knowledge Worker NWE Feedback - Workfront Archived Groups 10-03-2020
Hi Monique. Your second bullet has been a pain point for our team as well. When you go to a project, it defaults to have the Overview dropdown expanded. It would be more convenient to have that collapsed and the custom forms opened instead. We too, would like the Overview collapsed and custom forms opened instead. I haven't had a chance to explore if a layout template will solve for this as Skye recommends. We have also been experiencing updates not loading all the time and deleting cookies and ...

Hi @Josh Boston Following up on this updated search. The 2/28 release states that the 'search' page was removed and now a menu opens. A menu does not open for us. When we click on search, the original page (supposedly removed) opens with all our 'recent searches' but the links don't work. Instead, when we complete our search from that page we then need to 'X; out of that page and the object we chose will be opened behind it. This has become very disruptive for my team. Is this something still be...

Request queues from classic to new experience - Workfront Archived Groups 03-03-2020
Hi, Sorry if I missed this previously but we aren't able to find our request queues in the New Experience . Does anyone know if request queues transferred over from WF classic to the new Experience? Also, I'm not able to populate the 'request' icon on my layout templates. Could this be because there needs to be an active request queue? Thanks Kathy Kathleen Palumbo

I agree with Heather, we liked the search page although we can get used to looking in the favorites icon for our 'recents'. However, @Josh Boston , where are we to go for a general search? To search for a project (for example) we click in the search icon (magnifying glass) and choose projects in the drop down, then type in the project number. The project name comes up but we can't link to it. We need to choose that project name and then hit the refresh button in order to be directed to that proj...
