Could you provide me with Launch access like you did for Songulozgu?My error message, for reference: "Error Loading AccountThere was a problem signing in. "User ID 3EFD4FB761FC60780A495EB2@AdobeID is not authorized for Launch access with any organizations"Your session may have timed out."
