As an added suggestion to @lgaertner's excellent suggestions, you could also use an approval to trigger a second stage going to another user on another team. You may be able to do a bit of automation with that and avoid Fusion if you don't have it.

I like that the nav bar no longer overlaps the sub nav bar, big improvement there. Other than that it's meh. No complaints but not really better either.

I meant for that to be a guide as to how to do it yourself, not a copy and paste solution. All you really have to do is replace the source and target fields.

Lots of people use Workfront for things that Workfront developers (and now Adobe) never intended and doesn't even know about. If it works well for you, use it. Don't let it spook you. If it looks good, it IS good!
