Hi @LAR1985 Sadly in standard, there is only 1 SFTP account (1 user only) Under the one account, you can create as many sub-directories in the main directories but they would all have the same level of access to that user. having import in one sub-directory and export on another one is the norma. If you wish to have a 2nd account, you will need to contact Customer Care requesting the new user with the business justification of having a 2nd user. Thanks Denis

Export files to Google Cloud Storage - Adobe Campaign Standard 26-05-2022
Hello everyone, We have been requested to generate files and export them to Google Cloud Storage. In the "Transfer File" node, there are the options of Azure or Amazon but not Google Cloud Storage. Do you know if it is possible to do it using "HTTP" option? Or if is there any other way of doing it? Thanks

Does it happen only in the mail client or also on the mirror page?If on the mirror page, you could check opening the network console and check on the HTTP status of the image display. ACS uses a load balancer to deliver images.There indeed could be some issue on the instance, that the image for some reason was only deployed on 1 of the instances between the load balancer.For that, you may see a 404 in the HTTP response. In that case, indeed a support ticket is needed to check/fix the backend.

As an FYI, our organization has implemented Celigo to interface between ACS and Salesforce. We use a combination of Salesforce SOQL queries (Delta's and Extracts) and ACS (Via S3-SFTP and API). There is a connector for Salesforce but not for ACS so we use the Http/Ftp methods. John

Hi, Best solution in ACS is to generate a file via a workflow as ACS API is limited. That being said, you can trigger this workflow from your external source but you need to take in consideration that frequency you're triggering the workflow to avoid any performance issue. Thanks,David

Hello,You might try to create a link with the "reconciliation box" (the one with a little key displayed)It will create a left join instead of a join it might help you to retrieve all you records, without removing records from delivery logs if the recipient does not exist any more
