proof approvals report and came across this request. Great solution by
Skye..as always. From the Proof Approval Report that comes out of the
box...you can also just add:
displayname=Imageimage.valuefield=documentVersion:document:previewURLtextmode=truetype=imagevaluefield=documentVersion:document:previewURLvalueformat=HTML
And that should add the image. Cheers!
Is there any way to pull into a report (preferably a document version
report) the users on the next stage? We need a way to quickly look into
our current and future state of proofs.
Partial solve. On problem number 2 I can avoid the issues related to the
report being massive by only viewing the summary page which is a
culmination of every result. So now - how do I get an aggregate of a
custom calculated column to display on my details page?
Since I've not seen any way to call on the roles field (if so, someone
please let me know), I've had to hard code them in via the JSON. Icky
and bad practice, but when you've got picky execs, gotta roll with it.
Almost, but not quite. I'm not trying to log time on dead or completed
projects. I'm trying to log time in the past. Aka, log time on a current
project for January 1st, 2021. The settings on timesheet preferences
don't cover that. Nor can I figure out how to... Oh my heck I just
figured it out. You can reopen closed timesheets and log time on them.

for them to do their approvals each week and sending a report...that's
