Yep, I also inherited an instance. What was your biggest challenge when taking over an existing instance? • Trying to guess the original implementers logic on how and why they chose their set-up.• I'm still cleaning up settings that were originally set up 5 years ago. There were questions about naming standards even for fields, creating custom fields and forms, and using metadata vs. naming conventions. Each Group Admin can create custom fields. In a custom form, if you need to limit access to custom fields and widgets for certain users, you can place them under a section break in the form, and then grant only certain users access to the section. For example, if you need to track sensitive information that only system administrators should be able to view or edit, you can create a section break with Admin Only permissions and place the sensitive fields in that section. @Erica Lorenzo‚ if the requests you're moving are all complete, I'd probably set the project's status to complete as well. If there are any still in progress, I'd probably go with current and set the completion mode to automatic so when all requests are complete the project will close itself out. Personally I like to close projects out when all tasks or issues in them are complete.

You bring up a great point, Heather. When we use an acronym for group identification of an object we try as best we can to not make it customer facing (not always possible though). Your example of putting the acronym in the custom field name, but not the custom field label is the same practice we follow so it doesn't have an impact on the end user.
