Hi Micha,there is no general E-Mail address.It also depends on what you exactly need.If you know what needs to be done (e.g. setup affinity) - just raise a ticket in the Admin Console.If you need "help" - contact the Adobe CSM / account executive to get the right contacts (Deliverability support may be part of the license for initial deployments or may be separate packages).
