Monitoring > Audit Events gets close to reporting rule changes at a high level. At least I can see the user name and rule name. Oddly, my log stops mid Feb 2021. If my log was current I would not have posted this question! Would the Launch API - List Audit Events have what I am looking for? I am new to APIs so it will take me a while to test this idea and report back to the community.

Fortunately, my system is built on a SPA architecture and already depends on a direct call that fires when the page is loaded. So I am not concerned about ensuring all viewers are loaded. Instead, I am more concerned about increasing my Adobe bill 3x since every page will have multiple viewers.
