Re: Creating Proofs in Workfront with Workflow Template Attached - Workfront Fusion 2.0 17-12-2020
Hi Caden, I have at least a partial answer. Your instincts are accurate -- There is not, to my knowledge, currently a way to create a proof in the Proof Connector and then attach to the proof to the task in WF. The best path here is to create the document and proof from within Workfront and it's associated connector. The challenge is that is is not currently designed for the timid :). Here's the general steps (and example blueprint and images attached). Get some file (my example just downloads s...

Re: Fusion 2.0 Proof module help - Workfront 17-12-2020
Hi Brandon, I haven't forgotten about you and this, seemingly simple need. I've actually worked with our team to both fix an issue in the proof API and update our Workfront Proof connector to have all the necessary fields available. I'm pleased to say that you can now accomplish this update by setting the "Update Proof" fields as identified in this screenshot. I've confirmed that this will result in those settings you have identified above. I hope this helps. Cheers.

Re: Anyone know the fusion field name for docObjCode - Workfront 07-12-2020
great feedback. I'll have us update the text used in that module to make it more clear. Cheers.

Re: Anyone know the fusion field name for docObjCode - Workfront 04-12-2020
Hi Krissy, I took a quick look at this and I'm wondering if actually you want to be using the "Upload Document" module (wherein you'll select which object and object ID to upload the document to. And then "Update Record" -- Document module if you want to set any additional fields. Doing that should not require you to figure out those other fields on the Document object. Will that work?

yep, you'll see the help text there just says you can include html tags in the content.

Re: Create Hyperlinks in Fusion - Workfront Fusion 2.0 17-11-2020
Hi Howard, this is realted to the specific modules that would use this content. If, for example, you are using the Microsoft 365 Email connector, you would simply fill in the content with appropriate HTML (including hyperlinks, etc.) and double check that the "body content type" is "HTML" (I think that is the default). Other modules may handle it differently, so it depends on the other system you are sending it to / through.

Re: Fusion 2.0 Proof module help - Workfront 12-11-2020
Thanks Brandon -- I am getting a slightly clearer picture. Let me see if I can boil this down to the simplest form: You are using an "update Proof" moduleand you want to update the proof with the settings you highlighted in the red boxes on your screenshot? Is that it?

Re: Fusion 2.0 Proof module help - Workfront 11-11-2020
Hi Brandon, I hope you are doing well. I'm not sure I have all the answers, but maybe more questions at this point. I'm assuming, based upon your post, that you are using the "Workfront Proof Connector" in Fusion 2.0 and the "Create Proof" module up to this point? I've configured this module with a "Proof with Basic Workflow" type and selected "yes" for "Enable Subscriptions" and "disabled" for the "Default email notifications for subscribers". (see screenshot). When I run this I get a new proof...
