@DMaya It's possible, if currently your defining event in Launch UI remove event from there and define it in custom editor section inside there put condition based on url(page) and then you can assign respective event based on the url (page).

Logging might help you find the Rule. Using the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, enable Logging in the "Launch" tab. Then load your page with the form. The "Log" tab should fill up with the Rules and other stuff. Find all Rules that were logged as being "fired" successfully. Now, inside Launch, look for those Rules and see if any of them reference the links that you want.

Yes, there should be some detail in console that will tell you why it was not met, for example below: Condition "Custom Code" for rule "ABC RULE" was not met.Condition "Path And Query String" for rule "ABC RULE" was not met.Condition "Value Comparison" for rule "ABC RULE" was not met. So if it's custom code, review what conditions are set in the custom code to see if the page/site you are trying to fire the rule is meeting the requirement for it. Same for all. Hope this helps.
