Hi Sid, The implementation hours are used for two parts1 - implementing
the export/import workflows that exchange data between the Campaign
instance and the Journey AI service2 - implementing the specific send
time optimization and engagement scoring usecases for the customer. The
aim is to create the initial blueprint for the customers to use on an
ongoing basis. For now Adobe Consulting needs to be involved. We plan to
open the implementation up to customers/partners at a later point in
