@Snow123 When AEM is installed, it creates a crx-quickstart folder under where all the configurations and repository data is stored.You can take a file system snapshot of the installation directory as backup.There's a similar thread being discussed here: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/re-aem-data-backup/qaq-p/415657/comment-id/92131#M92131

@X015206 - I assume this is happening at runtime so you would have to make neccassary changes in embed section of maven-bundle-plugin: * *;scope=compile|runtime;inline=true as mentioned here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/56697999/how-to-embed-external-jars-dependency-in-osgi-bundles
