Instead of the how, the question is rather if you want to maintain user information on publish at all? The straight-forward way of using JCR users very likely doesn't scale in terms of performance, and also you need think about how you synchronize changes amongst all publish instances.

As Veena mentioned use Custom workflow to change the name of asset. which will change the name of the asset.Just adding on to that ,you can disable the Update Asset workflow for a while while uploading the asset once the asset got uploaded you can enable it. Check 'Apache Sling Authentication Service' configuration in /system/console/configMgr. There is a means to exclude paths from authentication using the 'Authentication Requirements' field. For excluded paths, SSO login would not be triggered.
