Experience Cloud ID Service (ECID) allows for the "sameSiteCookie" configuration. If I use Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Media Optimizer and Adobe Campaign, and ECID is the method used to assign visitor IDs, then what should my "sameSiteCookie" configuration be? Strict, Lax or None?

Personally, I'm not looking forward to this change."docs.adobe.com" is short, straightforward, and self-explanatory: it's about "documentation"."experienceleague.adobe.com" is about... a fantasy league??

When a user clicks we write the page name, module and link they click on to a cookie. When the next page loads we set those 3 values into props referring_page, referring_module and link. Correlate page to referring page.. or breakdowns in workspace and you'll always have the page before. For true before and after, flow might be your best bet. I'm still trying to figure it out myself.

The Flow visualisation uses "path views", which is not the same as "visits". This means that the Flow visualisation reports the number of views along a specific path. It also counts multiple occurrences of the same node, e.g. if your Flow visualisation is built from the Page dimension, then the path views include page reloads.

@1982luca you can certainly have a new Launch property that is separate from your existing DTM property, such that you have a new Production embed code. But by doing so, you have to recreate all of your rules and data elements in the new Launch property in order to get to an equal state as your existing DTM property.

Erm, you don't.SEO isn't something you implement in a tag manager like Adobe Launch. Instead, it's a whole set of tactics to improve your web pages' ranking in search results, usually comprising of content copy changes.

Well, the thing is… you do need to be at least a Bronze-level Solution Partner to get access to the sandboxes. Adobe does not provide Analytics for free, even for those who want to try it out.

https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/analytics/components/dimensions/evar.htmleVars are not case-sensitive. If you send the same value in different cases (for example, "DOG" and "Dog" ), Analysis Workspace groups them together into the same dimension item. The case of the first value seen at the beginning of the reporting month is used. Data Warehouse shows the first value encountered during the request period.

More information will be needed to help you troubleshoot. Click the first "launch-1722...-development.min.js:7", then see if the minified code is trying to reference the "value" property of an object. If it's not, click the next one, then the next one, and so on until you find it.

"yuhuisg - Could it be the combination of the dimensions and metrics that you're using in your report that result in "no data" for those particular events?" Actually, I'm not using the dimension and metrics combination. I'm checking only on the custom report of the separate events.

@AnandKC you can use the same method as what I had described for download links. When AA detects that the user has clicked an exit link, it will track that click automatically, together with whatever you had set in your Rule.

record any referrer in a "prop". This will make the prop changes everytime, then it's able to see the real referrer.

Ultimately, it is a bug in Search Discovery's extension. You may want to reach out to them. Chances are you are using an escape character in your product string and their extension isn't catching them.

Both the approaches to view data is correct. It depends on what data you want to see.Is you want to see the data from visitors who saw a specific campaign, use Visitor container. If a visitor sees a campaign in one of his visits and not in other, he will still qualify for the segment and therefore data for both the visits will be reported. That is why you see more data when using Visitor container. While using VIsits container, it will report on only those visits where the campaign was seen, ther...

To answer your question: Both!Unlike GA, AA doesn't have a last-click attribution model by default. ... Well, sort of. If you use the Marketing Channel dimension by itself, then AA defaults to reporting based on last-click attribution because of legacy reasons. Which is why you should ignore the First Touch Channel and Last Touch Channel dimensions; those have been deprecated.Using the Marketing Channel dimension only, then in your metrics, e.g. Success Event 1, click its gear icon to open its s...

Add campaign tracking codes to the links in your app.E.g. if you use the "cid" parameter for your campaign tracking code in AA, then in your app's link, e.g.https://www.website.com/link-from-app-to-websiteAdd the "cid" parameter with an appropriate tracking code, e.g.https://www.website.com/link-from-app-to-website?cid=app-linkIn your website's AA, you can run a report with Tracking Code and find all instances of that "cid" parameter's value. The number will be the number of "taps" from your app...

The short answer is: You can't.The long answer is:There are browser security restrictions that prevent messages and events from being passed between the parent frame and an IFrame, especially when the IFrame loads a page that is not in the same domain as the current web page. This is to prevent all sorts of malicious attacks that I won't get into here. The only way you can know what is happening in an IFrame that loads a third-party page is if that third-party page posts "messages" back to the pa...

I personally would prefer to keep it as is. It's always possible to zoom in the page if the font size seems to small for the convenient work.

An abnormal spike coupled with Typed/Bookmarked referrals (i.e. direct traffic) and also with unusually large bounce rate sounds suspiciously like bot traffic. If these are bots, then they wouldn't normally save any cookies, let alone Adobe's visitor ID cookie. As a result, every hit is essentially a "new" visit. And since bots also normally don't send any document.referrer data, AA would then classify them as Typed/Bookmarked referrals.

@c1553, I forgot to mention. If you're doing click tracking, s.tl(), calls, you'll also need to set s.linkTrackVars string to include each variable to send with the beacons, ref.E.g.s.linkTrackVars = "propx,evary,evarz";
