Delivery and tracking logs are only stored for 6 months by default. If you want to extend the length these are retained, you'd need to speak to your CSM & TechOps to try and get this extended.

Ok. In this case, move the delivery used aside from any transitions and put it on do not execute mode. This will keep the delivery keep showing on reporting. But incase if you're restarting the workflow with some updates then try create instance of same workflow and have the new delivery added.

Hi David, I'd recommend using the daysAgo or monthsAgo functions listed below in an advanced expression. Hello David, As long as you create a text version of your delivery, the only other thing required would be to ensure that the email format preference field on the profile record is set to Text.From there that particular recipient should receive Text emails by default. Regards,Craig

Hi David, Can you be a bit more specific? Is this happening with new or existing workflows? Have you tested from different computers or does anyone else on your end have access and can validate whether or not they are seeing workflows?
