I would just use Number() instead of parseInt() in that case. They should do the same as far as the logic goes. Cheers Darren

Hi @alik98709228 - you don't say what the data type of your attributes are so I'll assume since it isn't working that they are StringsYou can try something like this:<% if (Number(targetData.Men) > Number(targetData.Women)) { %> ... <% } else {} %> or <% if (parseInt(targetData.Men) - parseInt(targetData.Women)) > 30) { %> ... <% } else {} %>https://gomakethings.com/converting-strings-to-numbers-with-vanilla-javascript/CheersDarren

We found a fix for the below issue: delete the project and re-create it.It's likely that the issue was caused by the old Project name containing dashes. When I recreated the Project it wouldn't allow dashes as valid characters. There must have been a code change during creation of the project and configuration. Thanks @devconsoleDarren

Hi @dgdg - there is some discussion about Delivery Modes here: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-classic-questions/purpose-of-delivery-mode-description-in-external-account/qaq-p/360841Its likely a flag for the Routing to perform certain functions when it processes the delivery send. It seems likely that for Bulk Delivery the send is handled by Campaign and External is where you have to write how the delivery is handled using your own Javascript APIs.ThanksDarren

Hi@SachinDhir - schema attributes of type string are limited to 1024 characters. If you want to save > 1024 chars then you need to use a memo or html element in your schema.I vaguely remember there was a bug in workflows where you can store > 1024 chars in a memo/html element, but when you try to enrich it onto a workflow it gets truncated back to 1024 characters anyway.ThanksDarren

Hi Andrey 🙂Thanks for this - I believe this is part of the setup documentation that is missing. I think I have found this option and also linked the API credentials within the Analytics Profile, but there is also a lot of permissions within the Product Profile that need to be set up.I am assuming that the Triggers API should not be given ALL permissions to the Analytics instance, but I am unsure what permissions we should be giving it as there is no documentation. The legacy Analytics API oAuth ...

FYI - We are still working out how to do this with Adobe Consulting and Adobe Support - It seems nobody in Adobe knows how to do Step #9 and its crucial to how to set this up or migrate from the legacy connectors.I have multiple requests for better documentation with the Adobe docs team that wrote the documentation which have also not been looked at in Github. If anyone in Adobe knows anything that could help complete this, please reach out via DM and help out Consulting.ThanksDarren

@uz2020 if your script uses the workflow internalName to reference something by a literal string then, yes, it would affect it. I am not sure what the AC cache is when referring to a list. Thanks Darren

Every set up can be different so its hard to say for sure. For example, if you have a database entry that links internalName of your workflows to some other identifier then that link would no longer work. However, all Adobe database internal references will remain intact if you just change the internalName. Cheers Darren

Hi @uz2020 - the simple answer is not usuallyIt can affect things like calling workflows, scripts or any other external references (API, etc) that use the workflow internalName to locate the workflow within the system, otherwise it shouldn't affect much within the workflow itself.ThanksDarren

Hi Milan - have a look at Step #9. There is a Product Profile that they select. Its not created by default. How is it created and what permissions do you need to add to the Analytics Product Profile for the API to operate correctly? If I grant it ALL permissions in Analytics then it becomes a security risk. I need to assign it the correct permissions for Triggers to run but there is no documentation on it.ThanksDarren

Hi @Roxie423 - You should be able to export any of the assets you modified in a simple package and save that as an XML file on your local. This can then be re-imported after the update is complete. The real issue here is - if the Gold Standard update contains changes to these files, you will have to manually merge your changes back into the new file. If you just import the old package back over the updated version of Campaign you might likely break whatever fixes came in via the update file. The ...

Hi @BFocus - I don't think you can as the quarantine list is managed as a global list for all delivery types. I'm also not sure what the use case would be for managing separate quarantine lists. The quarantine list is to prevent you sending emails / SMS to known bad addresses. This is to protect your IP reputation or prevent you sending an SMS to a number that doesn't respond. Do you have a specific reason for a campaign wanting to not use a global quarantine list?CheersDarren

Hi @Roxie423 - It sounds like the standard warning that if you have modified any of the built-in system default objects like default typology rules, templates, etc then when the server is updated, these objects will be reverted to their default (unmodified) state. If you haven't modified any of these default system objects, you should be ok when the update happensCheersDarren

@kotisyamala- I would implement Federated login using whatever SAML2 directory you have in your organisation and then require MFA via that. In the case of Azure, you aren't usually required to provide MFA for each login but at regular intervals to validate your security token. There may be a way to require 2FA per federated login but that feature would probably lie with the directory provider.https://helpx.adobe.com/au/sign/using/enable-saml-single-sign-on.htmlhttps://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/win...

Hi @yueminspb - we have been over this with Adobe techops with one of our instances and we have been told that there is no way to change the timezone of the server or database once the system has been configured. All dates/times in the database are stored as UTC, so this means you need to ensure that your workflows are executing in the correct timezone by setting the properties of the workflow, otherwise they will run in the Default (server) timezone. 100% agree with this idea. All admin activity should be logged and auditable for internal privacy regulation. We need a way to export all admin activity for auditing at a bare minimum. Ideally we should be able to set up activity monitor triggers or webhooks so we can detect suspicious activity by admins early.

Hi @Roxie423 - the Sent metric can be updated on a delivery over a number of days depending on the duration the delivery period is set for. By default the delivery duration will be 5 days and if a message fails to be sent on the initial send (Mailbox Full, Unreachable, etc) it will retry based on the Retry Period, Max number of Retries and the Delivery Duration.CheersDarren

Hi @IainOllerenshaw - we use Federated logins and you don't have a lot of choice - you either get a management nightmare whitelisting all the home IPs or you open your instance up to the world. Whitelisting is required by Adobe-hosted Campaign instances as they do not allow public access and require you to whitelist all IPs within the Control Panel. One practical way to do this is by using a corporate VPN with split tunneling. This means that the VPN can be configured so the traffic for Campaign ...

Hi @newlightstudio - a phishing spam message usually comes from where a link goes to one URL but the text in the link shows another URL. Its a common tactic in tricking people to go to a very similar but "hacked" URL. Not much of an issue in Campaign as all links are usually rewritten for tracking purposes, but technically you can still misdirect people with the final URL.Can you provide some more information on the URL that is throwing the spam error? Do you have any URLs where the text is also a URL?ThanksDarren
