Re: The count of Unique visitors is larger than Page views - Adobe Analytics 25-08-2022
@FrankQi Can you add custom link metrics as well to the table? May be other hits are custom links Also, check for bounce rate, pages per visit, single page visits to identify if they are bot hits

Re: Request Clarification on PfizerPro “Visit” Counts - Adobe Analytics 25-08-2022
This is completely related to your own implementation. If you want to know IF the initial page view is being tracked, you should test this using the Experience Cloud Debugger and see if there is a tracking call. If it's not being tracked, you should work with your implementation team to track this. As it stands, I don't see any Adobe on that site at all, I don't get that popup, since I don't read Chinese, I have no idea what that popup is even asking people to confirm.... Maybe you are just star...

Re: Heartbeat video and Pageviews - Adobe Analytics 25-08-2022
WOW! Thanks for letting us know... The data feed issue (with the page_event) is likely more impacted when using something like the Media Plugin... but this is really good to know. I will let our data team know that this could be an issue in their processing (but we don't use the Media plugin, we just did our own custom media events)

Re: Need help sorting out developer access for Adobe Analytics API - Adobe Analytics 23-08-2022
I believe Adobe I/O does not use Single Sign On so if your company uses SSO you might be using different accounts as the one you would use on Adobe I/O would be your Adobe ID where in SSO it would be the Enterprise ID even if you are using same email.

This may require ClientCare, who know what the DNS settings should be and can walk you through all the steps to ensure that everything is properly configured.

Re: Implement google ads through Adobe Launch - Adobe Analytics 23-08-2022
To set up your Google Ads conversions, you can use an Extension called "Google Global Site Tag (gtag)" In the extension you set up you Account Id (and give it a name, you can use this extension for GA, Google Floodlight and Google Ads Conversion, the name will help you tell them apart when you add them to your rules) The Conversion Linker is available once you have the account added, still in the Extension configuration: When you want to trigger the conversion in your Rules, Choose the Google Gl...

Re: Visits on Products - Adobe Analytics 23-08-2022
You're welcome.. it can be a little hard to wrap your head around sometimes when you are starting out.... Just remember that Page Views tracks each page (which should have the highest count - well aside from Occurrences), Visits should be the next highest (each a user comes to the site) and then Unique Visitors (which is technically each "device"). Occurrences is actually your Page Views AND Clicks combined (if your dimension is part of the click data, then this number will actually be the highe...

Re: Campaign clicks are not matching with adobe visits - Adobe Analytics 23-08-2022
This happened to my dashboards multiple times as well. One common reason is the Cookie Policy especially in countries like EU or adapts the GDPR. Despite the difference, you can still be confident with your data on Adobe Analytics since the sample size is sufficient. For reporting purposes, I usually use the native platform’s report.

Re: High % of Visits do not have a value for referrer type - Adobe Analytics 23-08-2022
Hi gpTRP, A workaround that I do for these instances is through the external tracking codes, then I custom a segment, and consolidate external tracking codes together especially if there are channels aside from usual sources that you are expecting.
