  • Hmm, you can't get a "fully" identified segment to identify, since the calls are different hits and have different timestamps, etc...   But one thing that you should be able to use is something like a reload rate...   Now reloads are legitimate, when people refresh the page you will get two almost i...

  • You're welcome... I wish I had a better answer... I really wish this was possible to do with segments (we use s.products for like 20 different things so I run into this issue all the time)

  • Well, right now, every time a for is submitted, that values it maintained for all hits following that form submission for that user, for an entire year (or until they submit again).   I'm  guessing that you are not trying to do some fancy attribution following that form submission around for a year?...

  • Sadly no... This has been a complaint for a long time that we really need a way to create segments that will bring back only the matching values within the hit, rather than all values inside the share hit.   There is however one option available to you. In table filters, as well as breakdowns can ge...

  • Umm.. cry and take a sick day?   Though in seriousness, how much data do you need and when do you need it by?I would almost be tempted to create a simple implementation (limited dimensions and events - some basic standard ones, and maybe something a little more complex to show it can be done), deplo...

  • Most people (and Adobe) recommend sending all the data from web and mobile into the same suite. We've had that implementation for years. This was you can get your entire network data in a single place, then separate out with Virtual Reporting Suites or simply with segments for focused analysis...  i...

  • I am not sure if the plugin is returning literal undefined, or if they just meant the standard "unspecified"...   This solution won't solve for standard "unspecified" because not setting prop7 is the same as sending s.prop7 = "";   But if the lack of cookie is sending s.prop7 = "undefined" (then thi...

  • The first page of the visit has no "previous page". Having unspecified on the first page of your visit is the correct behaviour of the plugin...     Either the user opened their browser (and your site was set as the home page in their browser), so this is literally the first page the browser has ope...

  • Right, I get that, but I think having some metric would make creating a segment easier?   The problem is that the in-store revenue is not part of the online visit... it's part of the visitor data, but its a separate row of information...   Right now you don't have any metrics associated to the uploa...
