I utilize a measurement within a product description that looks something like this: Widget A - 2'3" x 4'2", or Widget B - 20". I believe that the quote character " " " is causing an issue when uploading the classification to Analytics using the importer. I've tried MANY different combinations of a v2.0 and v2.1 importer, excel file types, and trying to escape the special character by including quotes and double quotes in variace places in the key. I successfully use classifications with other i...

Hello friends, I've been attempting to create a calculated metric (or segment) that will report the percentage of time a product is sold twice in a single order. An example would be an order placed that includes 2x of the same widget. Counting orders that contain at least one of the widgets is basic of course; I'm attempting to report when a customer purchases 2 of the same widget on an order. Bonus points if I can be sure that the order ONLY contains Widget x2, and not the Widget and a differen...

First: I inherited a bit of a mess, but am excited to learn and clean it up. Please excuse any mis-speaking or wrong terms. I'm in the process of evolving our channel reporting and evolving the department to Adobe "Marketing Channel" reporting. We currently have a couple eVars that track first and last touch channels, plus another eVar that was created to track last-touch on another set of our tracking codes. Analytics is currently set to gather and bucket our created "ADIDs" into Market Channels...

Global Suite with Multi-Suite tagging has now been done. Any best practice advice on creating the segments for each of the report suites now? I also will be tracking cross-site purchases as well (Visit site A, navigate to site B, convert on B). Thanks again!

Like maybe a few of you; we have exceeded the 75 published Segments due to a previous user clicking the "Publish this segment to the Experience Cloud" on over 300 custom segments in a single report suite. I can't wait to audit and turn this off on all but about 7; I'm sure I'll find a way to do it in batches to make it easier. The question though: Is there a way to know whether the Segment is actually being used within the Experience Cloud? Even though our adoption of EC is low, there may be a f...

Thanks Andrey (love your videos on YouTube). What might your strategy be if you were in my shoes? We don't currently have Analytics Ultimate, so any option related to Journey IQ or CDA may not be possible. Am I on the right path using the Experience Visitor ID to identify these visitors? I attempted to use Data Warehouse to pull data into PowerBI or Excel and failed, perhaps I'm trying to extract too much data for this purpose. Am I missing something basic? Thanks again Andrey!

I'm in the beginning steps of gathering data & insights regarding visitors to a few of our sites. I'll try to explain the situation the best I can for a No0b:We have 3 main sites, each with their own report suite. I also have a rollup suite that includes these sites (plus one other).I have an eVar on each site (plus the rollup) that captures the Experience Cloud Visit ID. I'm using the same eVar number in each if that matters. Each site receives a large amount of traffic per month; millions of vi...

Not sure if this has been resolved or not, but I also experience this issue; I have a workaround though! For a bar chart specifically; I create a new freeform table with the metric to be charted in the "left" of the table. I place the items (products or services in my world) at the "top" of the freeform table. I then insert the bar chart visual, making sure the data source is referencing the new table. You can then choose to "Lock Selection" on an active field in the table, as well as uncheck th...
