I discussed this several months ago with several Adobe folks at Adobe MAX. The workflow for adding a large number of articles is oppressive! What we have done for now is to build them in DPS and then Migrate to AEM. The issue then is that most of the meta data entered in DPS is not passed on to AEM. Also have requested the ability to pass on metadata from DPS to AEM... silence.

Terry - Depending on the size of your organization/account, I may have an answer to your question. For former DPS Pro accounts, Adobe has licensed Walsworth to provide a path to migration from DPS to AEM Mobile. If you are not getting traction from Adobe Sales, it could be that their focus has been on larger accounts with greater sales potential. Agree with Chris and David. It still surprises me on this issue. As Adobe advertises AEM Mobile as the benchmark enterprise solution, there are many items missing that were available for the last 3 years with DPS. It has been made clear that DPS is ending and developing in it is a dead end street. We need these ASAP. Hiding the 'Sign-in" function is a serious problem for users. That, and the ability to make a subscription purchase needs to be upfront in the Browse page

Good points Colin - I basically agree with the premise that the App is better. However, that may not be what the average consumer of our content expects. Maybe in the past. Today, it is the assumption that web content is universal on all devices, desktop and mobile. I understand the initial intent of WebView by Adobe as a tool to expand Social Sharing content. Here is an example of an HTML interstatial we created.Download App: Niche Digital Conference on the App StoreClick on "Schedule" and the Ad will pop-up at the top of the screen.
