Hi @Craig_Thonis, Thank you! But how can we be able to track in ACS right now? Are you telling that we have a delivery channel with out tracking and delivery logs? and it going to be part of future release. I am sorry I am confused here little bit.

In App messaging delivery and Tracking logs availability - Adobe Campaign Standard 02-03-2021
Hi,Does any one know how we can track the status of In-App messages sent to the customers. we are using Adobe campaign standard currently.In general for the push notifications sent they will be available in delivery and tracking logs. In the same way can we get the status of In-App in the same schemas? Or Do we have any specific schemas available for In-App? Thanks in advance!

How to accept Accent characters from incoming data into ACS - Adobe Campaign Standard 29-12-2020
Hi,I have issue displaying the incoming data in ACS. We are passing some location names in to the workflow with Accent characters like München and after loading the file( Load file Activity) in to ACS it is getting displayed as München. Is there a way to handle this in column properties of load file activity? Can some one help me in addressing this issue?Thank you so much!

Hi @shelly-goel,First off thanks for replying and apologies for my delayed response.Yes, I tried exporting after changing the delivery ID and I tried deleting the Delivery itself as well yet I am seeing the same error. I thought it might be because of some caching issues. I resolved it by creating the new workflow copied from earlier by removing the delivery activities in and configured it from beginning

I am trying to export one workflow template in which I have a delivery activity configured with some personalized content. When I try exporting the workflow template, it is throwing the below error. The 'Deliveries (delivery)' entity type uses a default ID ('DM2410') that may cause a conflict when importing the package.
