Does Adobe Campaign Standard provide an end-to-end solution for sending SMS messages or must the client use a separate 3rd party SMS vendor as the endpoint?(Thanks in advance for your help. I am new to both SMS sending as well as ACS .. my previous experience is with Campaign Classic email channel)
