Is there a way to convert the static templates to editable templates? - Adobe Experience Manager 20-08-2019

Our project was created on 6.3 with static templates, Now we got a new requirement of creating same set of templates to Dynamic (editable) templates and all page which were created should not get disturbed.Is there a way to do this with any of the configurations or by any of package installation?Please help me out with the same.
