Re: Report View: Display Typeahead Text Field as Column using Text Mode - Workfront 14-01-2021
Is there any trick to getting this working when the custom form is at the project level and I'm trying to make a task level report? I have the exact same issue where I just need the users name, but it just displays as blank when I add :name to the valuefield and changing valueformat to customReferenceObjectAsString as what was done in this thread. displayname=linkedname=projectnamekey=view.relatedcolumnnamekeyargkey.0=projectnamekeyargkey.1=FIELD NAMEquerysort=DE:project:FIELD NAMEtextmode=truev...

How do I make something not bold in a report? - Workfront 13-01-2021
This is probably another easy one that I am stumped on. I made a report that is showing all other projects within a program in a column based off a custom form field. However, it is showing them as bolded and I'd prefer just plain text. Any ideas how to just make this plain? See last column in screenshot. displayname=Other Assets in Projectlistdelimiter=listmethod=nested(program.projects).liststextmode=truetype=iteratevalueexpression=IF({DE:Is this the most primary asset for this release?}="Yes"...

Re: Another day, another WF reporting question. I'd like to show all Projects within a Program on a Project level report, in the same cell. - Workfront 07-01-2021
That was it, thank you! I could have sworn I tried that very same thing, but I guess not. Thanks again!

Another day, another WF reporting question. I'd like to show all Projects within a Program on a Project level report, in the same cell. - Workfront 07-01-2021
I'd like to show all Projects in a Program, in the same cell, on a Project level report because there is some other contextual information all stored at the Project level that I'm sorting on or displaying. I've seen this done at the Program level (showing all of its corresponding Projects within the same cell) with the calculation below. displayname=Proejctslistdelimiter=listmethod=nested(projects).liststextmode=truetype=iteratevaluefield=project:namevalueformat=HTML What am I missing to do this...

Re: Is it possible to conditionally hide an entire report column? - Workfront 23-12-2020
Closing my own loop if anyone ever has the same trouble. I just re-organized the layout of the report to get around this, so never figured out a solution.

Re: Project Report -- Add Auto-Numbered Column - Workfront 23-12-2020
Hi @Anna Stark‚ , did you have any luck with this? I'm having the same question right now and not finding any answers myself. Seems like it should be pretty simple since excel or google sheets have a row number right there, but WF seemingly doesn't. Thanks!

Is it possible to conditionally hide an entire report column? - Workfront 01-09-2020
In the attached screenshot, my organization would like to hide the Release 2 and Release 3 columns entirely if the Number of Releases custom form field is set to only 1. Is it possible to conditionally hide those columns based off of the selection made on the custom form field? I also have a boat-load of column sharing going on with these reports which hopefully shouldn't complicate it too much, but wanted to at least mention it.

How to combine several custom form fields into 1 cell in a report (both the field name and response). - Workfront 27-07-2020
My organization has 30 custom form fields they'd like to have on a report so it can be exported and shared externally, it has to be a report because of the inability to export custom forms. This creates an ugly horizontal scroll, so I'm curious if anyone has had any success with "sharecol=" in text mode and what pointers you may have? I'd like to make several groupings of custom form fields and their responses appear in 1 cell, maybe 6 groupings of 5 fields each. I've found the page here as a re...

Re: Auto-recalculate custom expressions with fields from another object (eg: custom Task field which includes field from the Project) - Workfront 15-05-2020
This one has been out there for a while, it's surprising that other organizations don't struggle more with this! We are attempting to deep link users into other applications using several fields found on a WF custom form, namely an ID field. Until then, we'll likely just bulk edit the applicable tasks every couple days, manually.
