Hello @isahore I tried the above logic but its not working as expected.When I logged in as user who is not admin or internal user and also doesn't have access of bank operator group, still able to access data from the schema.. No, in ACS you can't spawn a new instance based on a template. You only can trigger a signal in an existing + active instance.

Hi @Terry25 , As already mentioned in replies, you can't directly send a file directly to Google Drive, but there is workaround.Export file and send it to your email account as an attachment(gmail address of drive account)Refer below post to autosave gmail attachment to google drivehttps://support.google.com/mail/thread/4931894?hl=en Although It is always recommended to use SFTP and avoid sharing data files through email. Hi, The workflow logs are mutable- they're just rows in xtk:workflowLog.Create a wrapper for execCommand() that runs execCommand and then deletes the log rows it generated. Thanks,-Jon

I also faced the same issue, after debugging I found that when the length of encrypted string is more than the length of field in which you are storing, then some character will get truncated. This in turn causes the decrypt function to return a blank value. Try encrypting the string in any online tool and compare it with string stored in campaign, if some characters are truncated in campaign try increasing the length of that field in campaign.

Hi,You can identify error reason from Dashboard web log. If you are not seeing any log related to your call, then it means SOAP call is not able to reach/login adobe campaign.That is when you get Forbidden error, which can be related to Login error, IP whitelisting..Thanks.

Hi Salvatore, I don't think you can do it in one filter as you need the count of clicks and count of deliveries received on the same period.But you can achieve it in an workflow using count on clicks, count on messages received and apply ratioOther than that, you have 2 ootb filters 'By number of clicks' and 'By number of messages received' that may be helpful ThanksDavid

Hi, Please note that the External API activity is meant for fetching of campaign-wide data (latest set of offers, latest scores etc.), not for retrieving specific information for each profile as that can result in large amounts of data being transferred. If the use case requires this, the recommendation is to use the Transfer File activity. ThanksDavid

Update. I used the Weekday function to derive the day of week from date. FYI - week starts at Day 0. So 0 = Monday and so on. Then converted this to String. Then used iif to say if 0 then Monday, else if 1 Tuesday and so on. Thanks.

WKF-560029 The document types of inbound events ('' and 'head:profile') are incompatible (step 'Update data 2') - Here the inbound dimension and the dimension selected in properties(profile) are not matching. I think it is better to check with Adobe campaign support to review the configurations. Without seeing how the workflow was setup, it is not so easy to provide what could have caused this. It seems to be that this testing option is only availabe using single email deliveries. In my company we use many recurring email sendings, so that's a future wish list item.One of our Adobe contacts will check if this conclusion is right.
