I created a package on the admin console and tried to install. Halfway through install, it errors out and rolls back the software that did get installed. The software was previously installed and I tried to cancel the license, uninstall the software, and start fresh. I work in an enterprise environment with multiple users that have logged in and created content under their Windows profiles.
