Short update from my side:In the meantime we have managed it to get me my own Launch hosting (physically very nearby our webservers) and it really runs very well.We had also a slightly increase in traffic measurement esp. Desktop Traffic.My additional wish would be also to get fully configurable names for the libraries (because it is still "AppMeasurement.js"... I've tried the options within the Analytics extension but couldn't get it work correctly though) I've also seen that probably this ques...

No, the DL is still present and not over-written by the time this Rule runs (set at page bottom). I agree with you, it "should" work - but it doesn't. My screenshot looks exactly like yours.
