Sorry while I was trying to give more details on it I ended with submitting it unknowingly.Sending a test mail in Adobe doesn't work. It stops by 'downloading personalization data'.Then occures an error with Server Connection.Regards,Manohar

This is for AEM standby instance and none of the services/pages are getting rendered. It is simply giving above mentioned error.

Thanks for your help and team. The problem has been resolved as the tiff extension is not supported in preview mode but the image can be used in the page and can be seen there. These are my findings.Regards,Manohar

This is the author and for testing purpose, I just downloaded the image and uploaded in my local instance at "Digital assets" and uploaded the image. From there I am able to view it. Now my question is 1. As shared in above-mentioned article that "tif" extension is not supported by browser but here I am able to view it.2. "tif" extension cannot be viewed only for renditions image.
