Re: Dashboards and prompts - Workfront 24-05-2021
Hi Stephen - at the moment, no you can't have one prompt for a dashboard. I know the reporting team is looking into something like that for the new reporting coming soon. Here is the Innovation Lab request if you want to upvote: https://one.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PSBKAA4/detail

Re: Display top 20 requestors - Workfront 22-04-2021
Thanks Doug, you've always been helpful! What I end up doing was to manually go in and count the top 20 requestors and in the filter use them to filter the result. Yes, every quarter I'll need to go in and validate that they are still the top 20, but for submission the top 20 by far submitted the most projects month over month. Thanks for your insights!

Approval screen back to task - Workfront 23-09-2020
Currently when you complete an approval in the new experience your taken back to the documents tab, can we have an option to return back to the task page. This will reduce the extra clicks to get to the task tab to post an update for the task.

Task End Time - Workfront 23-09-2020
When task are due WF randomly sets a time for task due. For example when we state a task due on 10/25/2020 WF will pace a random time base on the predecessor completion. We need the time to be the end of the day. This issue effect reporting that shows task an bringing completed late when the are actually done on the task due date. Can there be a global setting to set due time to 11:59 p.m. or to a custom time set by the planner of system admin.

Set default task time to close of business - Workfront 05-08-2020
Be able to set a default time for all task due.Currently when we create a task and set the due date the time is preset to the quarter hour for which the task in being created. Meaning, if I have a due date of 8/12 and created the task at 11:12 am the task would be due on 8/12 by 11:15 am. Understandably the user can adjust this time which we'd like to keep, but we'd also like the possibility to set a default time for all task to be completed by.

Re: Workfront Proof and Document Approvals, and ProofHQ just one please - Workfront 22-04-2020
This definitely causes confusion with our Plan and Worker licenses. Because of the confusion, we have not trained our users on how to review proofs in WF, we still train users to use the ProofHQ standalone. ProofHQ stand-alone is simpler and more user friendly than using Proof with WF. Currently, there are two type of details/actions/buttons - one pertaining to the document level and another pertaining to Proofing only. This makes it very difficult to tell the difference if you are not an admin ...
