However, for profile scripts in particular it would be prudent to only setup scripts that are needed. As each script that is active is run each time a request to Target is received. Page speed usually is a function of synchronous scripts , html rendering on the page, external resources requested(images, fonts, css) and resources afforded to the website by the browser. For e.x. if the segments used in Exp A and Exp B are not mutually exclusive then target checks if you qualify for the segment A, if yes then it will render the experience A defined for segment A.
