Why do I see "Searching for anomalies" and "No anomalies found" texts, although I disabled anomaly detection both in the chart settings and also in all metrics of the basis table?

Is it possible to use dimensions to build a classification? Let's take "Device Type" as an example. That's a built-in dimension provided in Adobe Analytics. I would like to classify its values Mobile Phone and Tablet as Mobile Devices.
