Re: Soft Bounce Retries - Adobe Campaign Standard 15-03-2022
Hi Vipul, Reopening this topic, observed that Adobe has updated the documentation here on the number of retries after a delivery temporary failure, are now based on how well an IP is performing both historically and currently a given domain. My question is would we be able, and how, to find out the number of retries for a given domain, for e.g., can be retrieved from the administration settings in ACS. Looking forward for your response. Thanks,Jared

Re: Transfer File File Download from File(s) present on A... - Adobe Campaign Standard 13-08-2021
@ramon_bisswanger, not working as well. The same error I got: No file found (mask='test.csv') I have dropped the file directly inside the incoming folder in the Campaign SFTP.

Transfer File File Download from File(s) present on Adobe Campaign server does not work! - Adobe Campaign Standard 06-08-2021
Hi, I am trying to load file into a workflow from the Adobe Campaign server SFTP. For example:My instance URL is https://example.campaign.adobe.com.The file I am trying to load is stored in /incoming/test.csv. From the documentation here, it seems to advise to follow the relative path of 'sftp/'. I have tried inputting 'incoming/test.csv' or 'test.csv' in the file path, but doesn't work. What is the correct file path to enter?
