What do you mean by "too complex to use for linking"? You can copy and paste the article name from the portal into the InDesign hyperlinks dialog. There's no way to rename them after migration as it's the unique identifier for the article in the system, and we went through (at migration time) and make sure all the links to that article in your content were updated correctly.Neil

Hi Monica,Not sure what is the exact maximum limit of keywords but every keyword needs to have maximum 40 characters each and be separated by a comma.For sure you can have more than 150 keywords inserted which is probably sufficient to your needs.

If you need support contact information, contact your account's Master Admin. The Master Admin has access to the Support section in the portal.
