Safari 13.0.1 and os x 10.14 won't run CS6

Safari 13.0.1 puts a page that says invalid serial number. But I did purchase it and ran it well on os x 10.10. OS X 10.14 keeps putting a page that wants to sell me Photoshop Extended. I don't want Extended. I'm happy with my basic CS6.How do I get my CS6 to run on these latest versions?Nick
